Pu-erh Tea
Pu-erh is a heavily fermented tea, cultivated only in Yunnan Province, China. There are two main styles to produce pu-erh: sheng (raw) pu-erh, which is the result of the traditional long processing and shu (ripe) pu-erh, which is a modern, faster production style. Both are made from unoxidized green tea. Pu-erh teas all have a savory, unique aroma, which certainly makes them divisive, but thanks to their versatility, addictive flavor and various health benefits, their popularity is rapidly increasing worldwide.
We started selling Pu-erh teas recently, and right now we have three specialities, but we are planning on further improving our Pu-erh collection, primarily with high quality peculiarities and tea cakes.
