Kabusecha literally means "shaded tea", which reffers to covering the tea bushes before harvest.
A premium grade mellow kabusecha with refreshing, bright, and verdant notes.

1. Put 5 g Kabusecha into the shiboridashi.
2. Cool boiled water down to 50℃ and pour it (80 ml) into the teapot.
3. Steep for two minutes and pour an equal amount of tea into each cup.
❖ This tea goes 3 steeps. For the second and third infusions, use hotter water and brew shorter.
