作り方


3 g 0.1 oz 0.7 US tsp	95度 203°F	100cc 3.4 fl oz 100 ml	30秒~

淹れ方
1.急須に熱湯を入れて温めておきます。
2.茶葉３-４gに対して、100ccの熱湯を注ぎます。湯の温度は約95～100度です。
3.茶海（湯冷まし、ピッチャー）や茶杯(小ぶりの湯飲み)もお湯で暖めておきます。
4.蒸らす時間は約30秒です。
※アクが出ていたら蓋の淵で切ります。1煎目を注いですぐに捨てる必要はありません。2煎目は茶葉が開いているため1煎目よりも短い時間で結構ですが、煎を重ねると味が薄くなってきますので、その場合は蒸らしの時間を長くしてください。
5.茶湯をいったん茶海等に注ぎ入れて味を均一にし、その後それぞれの茶杯に注ぎます。
注ぎ切ったら、茶葉の蒸れ防止に急須の蓋は空けて置いてください。

ただしお茶はあくまで嗜好品であり、なにをおいしく感じるかの基準は千差万別です。いろんな淹れ方を試してみて、自分に合ったお茶の淹れ方をしてください。

The wet leaf has prominent tangy citrus scents which covers some ripe fruit character. The liquor is bright, vivid with surprisingly warm sensation. The body is full, smooth, and ends with the iconic warm and tingling aftertaste like a sweet young ginger. Qi is surprisingly comfort rather than high and stimulating of most Dancongs. You can infuse with very hot water for more prominent ginger sharpness which I like to see in this particular tea.

Dry leaf: orange zest, citrusy but warm; wet leaf: cooked mandarin peel, floral; taste: pomelo, grapefruit syrup, rocky and mineral; texture: thick and smooth, very warming and slightly dry aftertaste. I brewed 5 g , 95°C water, 25 secs first and +5 each next. I liked it.

The wet leaf has a very intense and intoxicating syrupy sweet scent reminiscent of dried fruits with a warm and slightly toasted aspect. Very pleasant aroma. Initially upon tasting the tea there is a fresh acidity like unripe berries, then a floral perfume fragrance appears and underneath everything there is a subtly toasted warmth.
