Its a really nice and soft flavoured Usucha, a bit complexer than Isuzu. It smells really fresh and surprizingly like peach. Tastes like light sweet green sorrel, some wheatgrass and has slight umami. Its easyer to whisk and it has stronger creamy foam than Isuzu. I highly recommend it to beginners. I recommend to try it on lower temperatures too (60-65°C)

The base of this chigi no shiro cha is delicious, grassy and fresh with a satisfying umami and creamy rich tone. I have tried it cold and warm-hot. It frothes nicely and can be customised to your suit your taste bud preference (adding more or less) without compromising the taste. If you are not in a habit of drinking matcha, this drink will change that so please do remember the caffeine element :) I rate Sazen a billion stars for their informative website and excellent customer services. They will take good care of you ;D
