1．玉露6gを小ぶりの急須に入れます。
2．一度沸騰した後、40度まで湯冷まししたお湯80㏄を急須に静かに注ぎます。
3．2分間蒸らし、人数分の湯呑に均等に注ぎ分けます。
2煎目以降は、徐々に高めの温度で、浸出時間を短くして淹れます。3煎まで淹れていただくことができます。

It is a very interesting mix of vegetal tones and fruity sweetness. The umami is very straightforward with a hint of seaweed and the aftertaste is more reminiscent to a tropical fruit with a subtle sweetness. From the second steep, this sweetness pretty much gone but still very savoury and the vegetal notes are more dominant. Particularly balanced tea. It almost forces me to take sip after sip. Definitely for occasions.
