1．煎茶5gを急須に入れます。
2．一度沸騰した後、80度まで湯冷まししたお湯200㏄を急須に静かに注ぎます。
3．30秒間蒸らし、人数分の湯呑に均等に注ぎ分けます。
2煎目以降は、やや高めの温度で、浸出時間を短くして入れます。3煎まで淹れていただくことができます。

Its a light sencha for everyday drinking. Its good for this price. The first infuse has the normal sencha notes, but after it taste is really vegetal, grassy with a hint of sweetness at the end. ITs suitable for 2, max 3 infusion. The soup is pale-yellowish. It has many broken leafs and particles. I think in this price range the Ohmi Tokujo Kabuse Yanagicha was way better.
