The design is elegant, compact, functional and the workmanship is great. My only gripe being that the insert for the incense may not be able to fit all types of incense sticks well such as longer, more slender incense sticks. A looser fit generally results in ash falling outside of the catchment area. It's not a big problem if you secure with some scotch tape or Blu-tack as I have done in the picture.
