1．抹茶をふるう。
2．あらかじめ温めておいた茶碗に、濃茶の場合は、3g、薄茶の場合は2gの抹茶を入れます。
3．10㏄ほどのお湯で抹茶を溶き、ペースト状になったら、70-80度に湯冷まししたお湯を濃茶の場合は30㏄ほど、薄茶の場合は70㏄ほど加え、よく撹拌すれば完成です。

Although not very high on my list, this matcha comes in at a 4 for its solid profile. It's a great starter matcha and delivers better flavor than the hatsu mukashi. It has a smooth profile with a 2/5 astringent finish.

Very nutty and creamy, it is a nice matcha but the flavor profile is a bit strong to my taste. It has a little bit of astringency and bitterness.

I bought 6 of these as gifts to friends & they all it. We were all beginners to matcha (this was our first actual ceremonial matcha) . I didn’t have anything else to compare it with, but when i finished this tin & bought a different matcha, i checked the tin again cause there were still powder left, it was so vibrant green and smells nutty. I recommend this for matcha beginners

First time trying this matcha product, and so far I love it. The colour was vibrant; the slight hint of vanilla, sweetness and creaminess was just what I was after. I followed the preparation instructions and heated the water to 80°C, then I whisked it well, which created a lovely foam. I also had this as a latte, and it was delicious. I could definitely drink this every day.

Good as an entry to matcha. Very rich, to the point that it coats the back of my throat and leaves quite the bitter aftertaste. Not something I would order again.

Surprisingly decent for its price. It had a fantastic, citrus smell. Unfortunately, the smell wasn't reflective of what it actually tasted. It was a bit flat and boring at first, grassy, neither sweet nor bitter, no odd aftertastes. It worked really well once cooled down (almost regular temperature). It became creamier and a bit sweeter. It also doesn't work well with oat milk. The obvious taste of any nut milk would completely overpower the mild flavor of daigyoku. I tried cold whisking it with oat milk, but it didn't make much of a difference. Maybe try a completely neutral-flavored milk if you want to latte this.

Based in the US - this matcha is excellent for the price point. Great for everyday drinking, smooth and balanced. Grassy notes, but creamy finish as an uscha. Also great for lattes.

Very smooth mild matcha flavor. Nutty in flavor with floral notes, no sweetness but also no bitterness. Does not froth up well though. Not good for lattes.

Great packaging to preserve this gem! Unscrew the top and then has a pop top to open. Then you cut the foil sealed bag. WOW!!! An explosion of aroma that must be experienced!!! This is the real deal!!! I think my whole day has been transformed after a cup of this! Don't even ask yourself if you should get this... buy it now! You won't regret!!!

Its superior. It scores 5 for creaminess and mouth full. It has a very sweet nose and fast to froth. Like the description, it has some mild tartness to the palate and a slightly floral after taste. This I tried with 70ml and 120 ml of water. If compared to the Deluxe Chiyo no Sakae Matcha, this beauty is more subtle and refine with cleaner edges. It will do better for me if it had more depth to it. Overall, it is an excellent choice for people to indulge in the world of Matcha.

not bad stuff but it's no Koyamaen silver organic, at about the same price per gram. worth the try but I would not buy again based on it's price and flavor profile in comparing it to Koyamaen.

This is my first matcha from sazen and compared to another brand that I used before (about same price and type of matcha), it doesn't increase the thermogenesis as much as the other brand, or at least that's how I felt. But it has a great flavor and I don't mind buying again.

A very solid everyday usucha. Pleasant vegetal sweetness with only a hint of bitterness. Color is also quite nice to behold in the chawan.
