お茶の製造工程中に出た葉や茎のかけらを集めた出物で、
葉が細かいために急須にお湯を注いですぐに淹れることができます。
粉茶は本来、苦みと渋みがはっきりとしていますが、
本製品はかぶせ茶と言われる、茶畑に簡易の覆いをかけて旨みを引き出したお茶の出物であるため、煎茶粉茶ほど苦みはありません。
茶こしに粉茶を入れ直接お湯を注げば、急須を使わずにすばやくお茶を楽しむこともできます。

There is a significant minty note in the taste of the tea. The bitterness is low, without astringency. The umami is not very pronounced, there is a subtle secondary sweetness. The tea is not very sensitive to the type of water, I like it more from water with a higher TDS or from banko yaki pottery. The preparation recommended by the seller is OK, I might have chosen a slightly lower temperature and a longer steeping, the tea is then more delicate. A decent daily drinker. The price/performance ratio is ok. A fine strainer is a must.
