新茶期だけにお届けする、その年摘んだ一番茶のみでつくった、新茶の抹茶です。
茶銘「若葉」：
芽を出したばかりの葉のことをいいます。まさに、新茶の抹茶にふさわしい茶銘です。
弊社では抹茶を在庫しておりませんのでご了承ください。抹茶やお茶パウダー類は、オンラインショップ上でお客様からの注文後に、工場から新鮮な状態で入荷いたします。このプロセスには数日かかる場合がありますので、それまでの間しばらくお待ちください。

Wanted to share another photo of this matcha in Matcha latte drink! It’s very tasty and the tea is strong enough (I put 4 Chashaku) to not get overshadowed by milk. Highly recommended to try!

Fresh spring grassy taste, smooth, soft, slightly astringent if brewed with a cooler temperature (70-75 Celsius). I recommend 80 degrees water and drink it as soon as you finished whisking to prevent bitterness. Pleasant easy going matcha for every occasion.

Smell reminds me of barley tea. Taste is somehow intense and mild at the same time. Overwhelmingly mild, if that's a thing. Like, the flavor isn't as aggressive as some of the other ones I've had from sazen but not lacking in intensity at all. No sweetness detected but I think I just need to drink more to find it. Very creamy.
