I asked Sazen about a different Matcha and was recommended to try the Enshuryu Line. This is another superb quality matcha from Marukyu, smooth, great foam and compared to the other Marukyu's i had, the flavour is indeed slightly different, a bit "stronger" (in a subtle way), with a taste of some roasted nuts, it's not bitter at all but the taste has a slightly different character that you can enjoy by itself without sweets, so it is tasty and delicious with no offending notes ! I feel relaxed and focused, a matcha that needs further inspection and i'm very happy to try it :-). Arigatou.
