The best Gyokuro Tea that I have ever tried. The sweetness and umami are very well balanced. Taste is clean and mellow with a very delicate aroma. It is truly a special tea. Would recommend 100% and would purchase again.

I haven't really tried a lot of Gyokuros, but it doesn't take more than a passion for tea to recognize a champion. This Gyokuro is one. It is the most delicious I've ever tasted in my life. The liquor of this tea is super bright light greenish yellow; smell of vanilla baked bread, buttered squash with sweet blue corn; thick, creamy, herbaceous flavor with perfect umami. In the aroma, as in the taste, fresh marine notes are distinguished. It would be a great challenge to find a better Gyokuro than this one.

I have tried dozens of gyokuro teas and this is easily my all-time favorite. The first infusion is brewed at 40 °C for 5 minutes, and the taste is very milky.
