Paste tea (kneaded tea) is much easier to mix than conventional powders and does not clump, so you can use it easily.
The number of general viable bacteria is almost zero, and it is also excellent in terms of hygiene. In addition, it is also excellent for foods other than soft-serve ice cream, and has been well received for its low color fading.
