Japanese Tea
Green teas such as matcha, sencha, gyokuro and genmaicha have been produced and consumed in Japan for thousands of years, renowned for their healthful benefits and exquisite mix of flavors. There is also a range of other unique types of Japanese teas, including black tea varieties such as Yame Koucha, a fermented tea with a fruity flavor from the Fukuoka Prefecture, and herbal tea varieties such as Sakurabacha, a sweet and floral tea made from the leaves of cherry trees.
