Yōjōcha irodori series

This tea is well-balanced and slightly on the spicy side with peppermint prevailing. Using traditional Chinese medicinal knowledge, the blend was made to improve eyesight and heal the throat. Chrysanthemum is believed to help dry and tired eyes, while peppermint with mandarin peel is used to soothe the irritated throat. Basil is thought to improve blood circulation.

In Chinese medicine, foods are classed based on their energetic properties and their effects on the body. They are categorized as heating, cooling, drying, or damp. Balancing these properties is essential for maintaining health and prevent illness or disease.
This tea is made of ingredients that are believed to be yin, or cooling in Chinese medicine. Cooling foods are often used to clear heat, reduce inflammation, and promote a sense of calmness.

The tea is delicious both prepared hot or cold. To cool down in the summer heat, make a cold brew. Put the teabag into 500 ml water and let it sit in the fridge for 5-6 hours.

Moegi is low in caffeine and free of artificial fragrances or additives.

The tea is available
A) as a Single Teabag (4.1 g)
B) in a Testing Set - including a Moegi Premium (4.1 g), a Kanaria Premium (4.5 g), a Kujakuao Premium (3.3 g), and a Karakurenai Premium Teabag (3.85 g).
