This gyokuro is comforting and brothy. It is sweet but with a full-bodied, rich character.

1. Put 8 g of tea leaves into a Japanese teapot.
2. Cool boiled water down to 45℃ and pour it into the teapot.
3. Steep for about 3 minutes and pour an equal amount of tea in each cup.
You can use the same tea leaves two or three times. Use hotter water at the second and the third time.
These used tea leaves should be immersed for a shorter time than the first.
The taste of tea is a matter of preference, so try infusing tea in several ways and find your favorite way to infuse.
