Latte Recipe:
INGREDIENTS
■ 1 tsp / 4 g Murasakiimo Powder
■ 6.7 fl. oz / 200 ml Hot Milk
■ Sugar or sweetener to taste
STEPS
1) Sift the Murasakiimo Powder into a bowl. (To avoid lumps)
2) Pour a little milk over it and whisk it well.
3) Add the rest of the milk and froth it.
Finally sweeten to taste.

really interesting taste but i cannot get it to mix with water or milk without it clumping up

yes! ive also tried using hot/cold water and using different amounts of water. when i mix it into flour first for baking it seems to be ok, so i might try mixing a bit of sugar next time i use it for making drinks
