Brewed as hot tea:
1. Put 5 g Summer Sencha blend into a teapot.
2. Cool boiled water down to 75℃ and pour it (about 200 ml) into the teapot.
3. Steep for 40 seconds and pour an equal amount of tea into each cup.
❖ This tea goes 2-3 steeps. For the second and third infusions, use the same water temperature but brew shorter.
Prepared as mizudashi (cold brew)
1. Put 10 g Summer Sencha blend into a bottle or mizudashi maker (about 800 ml).
2. Fill with cold water.
3. Leave it for 4-5 hours or overnight.
