Speciality

SPECIAL MATCHA FOR SPECIAL NEEDS

This special matcha was named after an amino acid called GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid), a major neurotransmitter of the human central nervous system. This compound is likewise present in other teas. Thanks to a natural processing procedure developed by the National Institute of Vegetable and Tea Science, however, Gabaron matcha is far richer in GABA than are other varieties - the effect of this tea is more than 10 times stronger than that of usual Matcha. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) acts as a blood pressure controller. Its daily consumption helps burn fat and has a beneficial effect on blood pressure or stress issues.
Its taste is very different than that of other matcha teas. It has quite a distinct character, albeit free of bitter or unpleasant tart notes.

How to prepare

STEP 1) Put 2g (0.4 US tsp, 1 teaspoon or 2 chashaku scoop) matcha powder into a suitable tea bowl.
STEP 2) Pour 70 ml (2.4 fl oz) 80℃ (176°F) water over the matcha powder.
STEP 3) Whisk with a chasen (tea whisk) until foamy.

❖ Before Step 1, warm up the tea bowl with hot water, then dry it with a cloth to create the perfect temperature so make the most delicious matcha with a fresh scent while preparing. (Optional)
❖ To prevent clotting of the matcha powder, sift it through a fine strainer before use. (Strongly recommended)
❖ After the matcha is done, drink it immediately, because as it cools down it gets more and more bitter. (Recommended)
❖ Freshness is the most important thing for the enjoyment of Matcha. It is best to use up the tea within one month of opening. (Strongly recommended)

EXTRA TIP
❖ Try iced matcha: pour the finished matcha over ice.

Gaboron cha for me is just what I needed to support my difficult natural weight loss journey. It does what it says it does and I'm very happy! ;D It's smooth and creamy, with a fresh clean umami flavour. I start my day with about 1 teaspoon and a half to 400mls of warm water and frothes beautifully over the emerald liquid. After drinking this for one week, and eating broccoli and shredded chicken with a teaspoon of chilli powder I have lost 3kg of weight. I was stuck for many years eating healthy with no change. This gaboron tea is my saviour! I love it soooo much! Please try this and see for yourself. Your mind will clear and be alert, your body pain will reduce and you will feel your body's fat burning process correct itself. It's amazing and natural o.o! It will definitely help you on your journey to good health again :)

Been drinking this daily for a few weeks now and I've now got used to the taste! It's slightly different to the Matcha I normally drink, more astringent and with a slight bitter taste (which personally, I enjoy). I prefer to take this Matcha with a drop of Maple Syrup to give it some sweetness. I prefer drinking this as a thin tea, not a thick tea - it's not as versatile as the more expensive Matcha's hence scoring 4 stars.
