High content of gamma-Aminobutyric and suitable for making usucha
SPECIAL MATCHA FOR SPECIAL NEEDS
This special matcha was named after an amino acid called GABA (γ-aminobutyric acid), a major neurotransmitter of the human central nervous system. This compound is likewise present in other teas. Thanks to a natural processing procedure developed by the National Institute of Vegetable and Tea Science, however, Gabaron matcha is far richer in GABA than are other varieties - the effect of this tea could be more than 10 times stronger than that of usual Matcha. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) could act as a blood pressure controller. Its daily consumption might help burn fat and have a beneficial effect on blood pressure or stress issues.
Its taste is very different than that of other matcha teas. It has quite a distinct character, albeit free of bitter or unpleasant tart notes.

STEP 1: Place 1.5–2 g (approx. ½ tsp or 2 chashaku (traditional tea scoop)) of matcha powder into a suitable tea bowl.
STEP 2: Pour 70 ml (2.4 fl oz) of 80°C (176°F) water over the powder.
STEP 3: Whisk (vigorously) with a chasen (tea whisk) until frothy.
❖ Warm the tea bowl with hot water first, then dry it thoroughly with a cloth. This helps maintain the ideal temperature and brings out the fresh aroma of the matcha.
❖ Sift the matcha powder through a fine strainer before use to prevent clumping (strongly recommended).
❖ Drink the matcha immediately after preparing it, as it may become more bitter as it cools.
❖ After opening the matcha packaging, consume all the tea within one month for the best experience.

Favourite matcha in regards of taste and effect. There in no too much of vegetal taste and there is a lot of umami. And in regards of the effect of GABA, I feel awesome, well rested and calm.

Gaboron cha for me is just what I needed to support my difficult natural weight loss journey. It does what it says it does and I'm very happy! ;D It's smooth and creamy, with a fresh clean umami flavour. I start my day with about 1 teaspoon and a half to 400mls of warm water and frothes beautifully over the emerald liquid. After drinking this for one week, and eating broccoli and shredded chicken with a teaspoon of chilli powder I have lost 3kg of weight. I was stuck for many years eating healthy with no change. This gaboron tea is my saviour! I love it soooo much! Please try this and see for yourself. Your mind will clear and be alert, your body pain will reduce and you will feel your body's fat burning process correct itself. It's amazing and natural o.o! It will definitely help you on your journey to good health again :)

Been drinking this daily for a few weeks now and I've now got used to the taste! It's slightly different to the Matcha I normally drink, more astringent and with a slight bitter taste (which personally, I enjoy). I prefer to take this Matcha with a drop of Maple Syrup to give it some sweetness. I prefer drinking this as a thin tea, not a thick tea - it's not as versatile as the more expensive Matcha's hence scoring 4 stars.
