Kamairicha Green Tea
Kamairicha is a rare Japanese green tea processed using the pan-firing method, unlike most Japanese teas that are steamed. The fresh leaves are quickly heated in large iron pans, which gives the tea a unique roasted, nutty aroma. This process produces a light yellow infusion with a smooth, less astringent flavor.
