Please note that these time frames refer to when specific products arrive at Sazen Tea's dispatch warehouse from the makers' tea factory. This indicates the earliest date we can begin preparing your order for dispatch.
- Kanbayashi Shunsho:
> Availability: We replenish the supplies provided by the manufacturer for sale once a month
> Current system: Request-based supply from the factory, products can be ready for shipping in about 5-7 days* after ordering - Hekisuien:
> Availability: We replenish the supplies provided by the manufacturer for sale weekly
> Current system: Automatic supply from the factory. As soon as the supplies arrive, we restock the pieces available, and the products are ready to ship. - Maruyasu:
> Availability: Continuously available
> Current system: Request-based supply from the factory, products can be ready for shipping in about 4 days* after ordering - Hokoen:
