Please note that these time frames refer to when specific products arrive at Sazen Tea's dispatch warehouse from the makers' tea factory. This indicate the earliest date we can begin preparing your order for dispatch.

- Hekisuien: We replenish the supplies provided by the manufacturer for sale every month, which is available while stocks last, and we ship it immediately from our warehouse.
- Yamamasa Koyamaen: We replenish the supplies provided by the manufacturer for sale every month, which is available while stocks last, and we ship it immediately from our warehouse.
- Marukyu Koyamaen: We replenish the supplies provided by the manufacturer for sale every month, which is available while stocks last, and we ship it immediately from our warehouse.
