Floral Tea Blend with a beautiful BLUE tea color
100% NATURAL HERBAL, CAFFEINE-FREE TEA
A beautiful and amazingly fragrant tea to make a special occasion the most memorable.
We created this tea blend especially for Valentine's Day as the blue color symbolizes trust, fidelity, and true love. Just like it refers to safety, stability, and peace.
We carefully selected and blended four herbs - rose buds, chrysanthemum flowers, cherry leaves, and butterfly-pea flowers - and made a sophisticated and balmy herb tea, that instantly takes you to a blooming, redolent flower garden. It is sweet, all the floral notes present in harmony, where they are not overwriting, but smoothly complementing each other. The tea is pleasantly mellow, simultaneously calming and refreshing with a lingering aftertaste full of honey notes.
The beautiful, lush blue color is natural. It is released by the Butterfly-pea flowers ( Clitoria ternatea ), raising the tea experience to a whole new level. The appearance, the fragrance, and the taste are perfect accompaniments for a special and unique occasion.
If you add some lemon, its color turns pinkish purple.
We offer this tea in a 6g pack, which we recommend brewing with 500ml of hot water. For the first infusion, use hot water. For the following brews, lower the water temperature to preserve the tea’s vibrant blue color. With warm water, you can enjoy multiple steepings.

1. Put the blend into a larger vessel, teapot, or tumbler.
2. Pour boiled water into the vessel.
3. Steep for about 30 seconds and pour the herb tea out into a jug. Don't let it steep for more than a minute, because the tea will loose its beautiful blue color.

An interesting tea that comes out blue due o the butterfly-pea. It has a very calming flowery aroma. It is slightly sweet and and flowery to the taste. A good afternoon and evening tea if you want something that is caffeine-free.

A very delicious and interesting tea! The flavors of the flowers complement each other, and the color is beautiful. When I add a few drops of lemon juice the bright blue color turns purplish pink, and the flavor also matches the flowers. The second infusion has a light, sky blue color which turns baby pink with the lemon. A really fun tea to show kids, too, and they can drink it because it is caffeine free.
