1. Put 5 g Kabusecha into the shiboridashi.
2. Cool boiled water down to 60℃ and pour it (80 ml) into the teapot.
3. Steep for 90 seconds and pour an equal amount of tea into each cup.
❖ This tea goes 3 steeps. For the second and third infusions, use hotter water and brew shorter.

Excellent! Very nice overall flavor, not too complex. Only 4 stars because the really smashed leaves at the bottom were super astringent.
