Tea ceremony table - Favored by Sokuchusai, the 13th generation of Omotesenke school

Ryurei refers to a tea ceremony held in a table-style setting.
Normally, the tea ceremony is performed and tea is prepared and served on tatami mats, but this table was devised when the Omotesenke and Urasenke schools of tea ceremony invited foreign dignitaries.
This unique table allows people with bad legs or who have difficulty sitting in "seiza" position to enjoy tea ceremonies.

*Assembly required

The set consists of:
- fan-shaped, assembled lacquered wooden table
- 2 chairs (please note that the edge pattern of the tatami mat on the chairs may vary)

The space for the brazier made of copper and it is suitable for both charcoal and electric heating.

Heater or brazier is not included.
