100% Pure Golden Chrysanthemum Flower
Beautiful Chrysanthemum tea from Huan Shan, in Anhui province of China.
When pouring the hot water into a heat-resistent cup you can see the "dance" of the chrysanthemum flower.
Chrysanthemum tea can be found in the Chinese herbology book, Compendium of Materia Medica (1578) (本草綱目) that mentions many health benefits; It is good for eyesight, the liver, and was even used as Chinese medicine.
Among many other health benefits, this caffeine-free herbal tea also acts as anti-inflammatory agent, boosts the immune system, improves heart health and can help prevent chronic illnesses.
The perfumed, flowery scent and sweet, herbal taste of the chrysanthemum tea helps relieve the everyday stress and refreshes the soul. Even the sight of the beautiful flower "blooming" in the water brings relaxing moments.

Light herbal sweet taste

This was a very fun experience. The flower tastes and smells really nice! I followed the recommended parameters and was pretty pleased with the result. It's fresh, clear, almost like a citrus-y chamomile. Texture is thin. Offers some really nice sensation in the back of the throat which feels notably different to tea.

These Chrysanthemum flowers have been an excellent purchase! Smooth, subtle, delicate and delicious flavor. Nothing to do with chrysanthemums bought in other stores. I rarely like to combine teas and herbal teas. But with these chrysanthemums I dared. I combined them with sheng puerh from the late 90's. The result was amazing! Both flavors were fused, giving way to an extremely rich and balanced "new product". I already want to combine them with other varieties of tea!
