Silver needle white tea scented five times with jasmine flowers
Baihao Yinzhen Jasmine is a fine blend of high-quality white tea leaves and fresh jasmine flowers, scented with jasmine flowers six times.
The jasmine flowers are plucked fresh in the daytime, when the buds are still closed. The already processed tea leaves are laid out, and the flower buds are laid on them and left overnight. The buds open during the night and release aromatic oils that the tea leaves absorb. This process can be done from one to eight times. The more times the tea is scented, the more valuable it becomes. This Baihao Yinzhen Jasmine is scented five times, which makes it a fine rarity.
The tea is an organic Zhenghe Da Bai cultivar grown in Zhenghe, Fujian Province. It has a fresh, mellow, and refreshing flavor, and a truly magical scent. It is rich in polyphenol, which has an antioxidant and antipyretic effect.
