- APR 21, 22:15 JST, 2026 - International shipping cost update
>> We removed the international shipping cost subsidy in our Japanese yen store, and so prices have doubled.
We supported our customers with discounted shipping prices until now, but unfortunately the financial situation does not allow us to continue doing so, and we were forced to take a drastic step.
We would like to stress here that the prices of our products have remained unchanged, and the free shipping offer in our dollar and euro stores has also stayed the same.
We deeply value our customers' unwavering support in the past and remain confident in our ability to serve you effectively in the future.

- APR 20, 2026 - DDP service handling fee
>> Based on the invoices of our shipping partners, we have had to increase the DDP handling fee for international orders. The updated fee is 100 USD in our dollar shop, 83 EURO in our euro shop, and 15,000 JPY in our yen shop. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Kindly note that our DUTY SUPPORT remains the same, in no country do we charge the customer the import duty amount, only the taxes of the destination country.

- Culinary tea powder: 5 days (Exceptions with a 10-day processing time: Gyokuro Powder (CMM021) and Bohojicha powder (CMM011))
- Teaware: 3 days (If initiation is requested, it takes 5 days)

The information provided below outlines the waiting times and the delivery schedules for each manufacturer. Please note that these time frames refer to when specific products arrive at Sazen Tea's dispatch warehouse from the makers' tea factory. This indicates the earliest date we can begin preparing your order for dispatch.
- Kanbayashi Shunsho:
> Availability: continuous service directly from the factory
> Limitation: 10 items per packaging type
- Hekisuien:
> Availability: continuous service directly from the factory
> Limitation: 10 items per packaging type (Cart page allowes more pieces if necessary)
- Maruyasu:
> Availability: continuous service directly from the factory
> Limitation: 10 items per packaging type
- Hokoen:
> Availability: continuous service directly from the factory
> Limitation: 10 items per packaging type
- Yamamasa Koyamaen:
> Availability: the factory supply is made in one batch once a month, so orders are fulfilled with products in Sazen stock. (Stock replenishment is usually around the 10th of each month.)
> Limitation: 10 items per packaging type
- Marukyu Koyamaen:
> Availability: the factory supply is made in one batch twice a month, so orders are fulfilled with products in Sazen stock. (The stock is replenished every three weeks.)
> Limitation: 5 items per packaging type
- Horii Shichimeien:
> Availability: No supply from the manufacturer
